Made with Love Clothing Collection

Inspired by my 1 year old daughter and her small friends I design and create clothing for active and funky kids. All the products are handmade and Made with Love which is also the name of my collection. The collection is colorful, funky and very snug and warm for the colder season. And most important not itchy. Cute designed cotton jersey fabrics mixed with warm fleece or velor.
Here is a selection from my collection.

  • Bibs ( haklappar) colorful and fun and very useful for small people who has a tendency spread the food around high and low

  • Hats & Scarves ( Mössor & dregglisar) funky and colorful cotton jersey fabrics bought from Liandlo and with a fleece lining to make them warm enough for the winter season.

Spring collection and new fabrics from Dapper made by Pinkstudio

  • Funky shirts & dresses  will be included in the spring collection ( watch the space for more pieces and fabrics)

Photo shoot with small cute and pretty moody models of my hats and scarves ( November 2013 photographer Stephan Murer)

During December 2013 I had my products for sale the cutest bookstore in Prague, Amadito & Friends 1st International bookstore for children in Prague. Hats, scarves and bibs together with my illustrations and postcards. This is what the display looked like.

Weekly update 40/52 Autumn colors and cinnamon buns

Welcome October the most colorful month of the year. Yes we are going full steam towards the darker and colder part of the year, but I have to admit it is cosy and pretty with all the colorful leaves.  I don't know if it is a new thing to have theme days where a dish or something is being celebrated. I am guessing it is a capitalistic marketing great idea so companies can make more money like Valentine day. One of those days in Sweden is 4 of October when our national bakery Cinnamon bun is being honored. I got inspired! Some time ago I bought nice linnen tea-towels which I was planning to make some print/design on and when I got inspired by cinnamon bun I knew exactly what to make. I started scribbling and drawing buns on a big sheet. When I had one or two which I thought looked ok I transfered my bun drawing to my Cricut and had it cut out on iron-on vinyl. My mum is a master in baking buns and so I made a tea-towel/baking-towel in honor of not only cinnamon buns but of my mother...

Weekly update 41/52 Time for warmer hats, nice books and last garden projects

October and week 41 and I have been making lots of new jersey hats with fleece lining. The weather is getting colder and colder and yes hat season is here. I will during the week add new fun warm hats in my web-shop. The hats will also be sold at Christmas markets here in Örebro.  New this year for me is that I am making baby hats since I got a lot of requests. I find it hard to make baby hats because they look so small, it is hard to remember how small babies are.  Also this week big happiness over at new book release from my favorite children book illustrator Sven Nordqvist. "Vägen Hem" a wonderful book with amazing illustrations.   I have also bought and planted some new plants inspired from some nice park arrangements here in Örebro. Now lets hope that all the deer in the forrest will not eat all of these, as I forgot to check wether or not these are tasty to them. In our country-house in the forrest they tend to come and eat everything they like and they ...
