Birds coolest hang-out

Team Nikolovski lives on the top floor of our building.Up here we are close to the clouds as well as to the nature. On our balcony we have enjoyed warm summer nights, nice dinners, sunny days and airplanes that now and then fly too close and makes too much noise. We can see the city in the horizon and gaze at stars at night time. I have replanted the pots from ugly bushes to bright colorful flowers. From summer colors to autumn colors. Next to one of the flowerpots is a wooden bird-feeder placed. It looks very cute and I thought it is placed there just for decoration reasons, but lately there is a little bird who keeps turning up. He lands on the edge of the flowerpot, checks the feeder out and then look at me in a very sweet and a little disappointed way. Before he flies off he skips around the balcony. A short while later he is back. I am surely not a bird lover, but something about this bird got me to buy a bag of tasty seeds and nuts this weekend. Now there is a real bird party here all day long with a bunch of small birds enjoying the food. Its like the bird has sent out a tweet saying that Team Nikolovski's balcony is the place to be. I am happy that the balcony can be utilized winter season as well and I promise to keep up the standard so they keep coming back.

Fest på vår balkong

Vi bor på fjärde våningen eller är det kanske femte våningen, hursom helst vi bor iallafall högst upp i huset vi bor i. Uppe hos är vi nära molnen och samtidigt nära naturen. På vår balkong har vi njutit av varma sommarnätter, goda middagar, heta dagar, flygplan som då och då dånar förbi och stjärnor som lyser. Jag har planterat om från fula buskar till färgglada blommor. Från sommar till höst färger.
Bland dessa blomsterlådor finns ett litet fågelbord, som jag trodde var en söt dekoration för inte letar sig väl fåglarna upp på balkonger för föda. Ack så fel jag haft, för några veckor sedan började en liten talgoxe hänga här. Han landar lite försynt på kanten, tittar in i holken och sedan känns det som han synar mig. Därefter skuttar han runt ett varv innan han flyger vidare för att sedan återkomma en stund senare. Jag är verkligen ingen fågelfantast, men det är något med denna fågel som fick mig att ihelgen köpa en påse med smaskiga frön och nötter. Nu har har Team Nikolovski's balkong blivit småfåglarnas senaste inneställe, ett riktigt partajandes pågår här hela dagarna. Det är som att senaste kvittret i området är att detta är balkongen att hänga på om man är en småfågel.Det känns bra att balkongen kan utnyttjas till max även vintertid och jag ska se till att alla trivs.
