I love all the decorations connected with Easter. Chickens, bunnys, påskkärringar, feathers,eggs and all in bright nice bright colors.. Everything a little too much, but I love it... This year another gang of colorful fat chickens moved in and they are looking very cute and funky.. I am gonna let myself enjoy these citchy looking birds just a few more days....

In the Nikolovski household we have reading time on the agenda.. From a thick heavy book we learn "to be right".... We learn how to avoid sulfates, E numbers and other BAD things that we don't want to touch nevermind to eat... We learn about good, better & best food. Where and what to look for it.. This is great reading as we are great food lovers of good food and always hungry to learn more...

We survived the flu from hell... It was a real bitch and we tried a lot of different strategies to beat it... Echinecia, lemon, honey, water, the, garlick, sleeping, crying & painkillers... Now only traces left and soon we will be fit to bike again...

  Team Nikolovski were looking forward to great Easter celebration.  Having dinner with the family and biking... BUT the worst influensa has attackt us big time!! This is a real bitch and we are trying to be brave and fight it hard...
